Now if we are frequently communicating with any person or in any group we can create shortcut on mobile desktop for immediate communication with that person or group. Here are steps to create shortcut to speed up communication on whatsapp
Step 1 Tap and hold the name of person or group for which you want to create shortcut.
Step 2 Click on three doted points in top right corner and select 'Add chat shortcut'
